3.0.3 Chat Channels

There are up to seven channels at your disposal to communicate with other players, friends or even strangers. Each channel has its own rules and use. Therefore you must carefully choose your channel if you don't want to be told off. Here are the different channels:

General Channel (black): It's the default channel. You can talk about anything with the players who are on the same map as you, as long as you respect the game charter. Please note that sale by auction is forbidden on this channel if you’re not in a selling area.

Team Channel (blue): This channel will enable you to talk to the members of your team in fight without the enemies seeing what you're telling each other. This is essential to set up good strategies.

Group Channel (blue): This channel will enable you to chat with the other adventurers of your group from one end to the other of the game. (Refer to the section 9 of the guide: "Play in a group").

Guild Channel (purple): This channel is restricted to conversations within your guild. (Refer to section 10 of the guide: "Play in a Guild"). Only the members of your guild can read and participate in the conversation.

Alignment Channel (orange): There are two different alignment channels: that of the Bontarians and that of the Brakmarians. Both channels are restricted to players who joined one or the other community. You must reach a certain rank to be able to chat on these channels.

Recruitment Channel (grey): This channel is at your disposal if you’re looking for a guild or, on the contrary, enthusiastic members to join your own guild, or even if you're looking for players to create a group just to assault a dungeon...

Trade Channel (brown): Thanks to this channel, you’ll be able to sell your items and consult the various offers made by other players who are in the same area.
